Haulotte Manufacturing, Inc. is a global leader in the manufacture of people and material lifting equipment for the construction, industrial, and event sectors. For over 40 years our focus has been on "TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE" in the design, manufacture and sales of a wide range of products, including aerial work platforms manufactured right here in Archbold, Ohio. We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize purchasing activities with a focus on established supplier relationships, cost control, and ERP-driven procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing procurement, particularly in aerial work platforms or heavy equipment, and be proficient in INFOR M3 and Epicor ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing suppliers, ensuring consistent communication and performance alignment.
• Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
• Analyze procurement and supply data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supply continuity and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation within ERP systems.
• Support ERP-related activities, including data entry, reporting, and system enhancements, with a focus on INFOR M3 and Epicor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and procurement functions.
• Working on special projects on an as-needed basis.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in heavy equipment or aerial work platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, with working knowledge of INFO M3 and Epicor.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
