  • Attend industry events and customer meetings to identify acquisition and sales opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leadership, sales VPs, and operations to maintain a healthy pipeline of high-value, serviceable material assets.
  • Drive initiatives to liquidate aging inventory and improve material velocity.
  • Maintain pricing models and market data to support internal decision-making and sales enablement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation parts, component repair, or product line management, preferably with a focus on Landing Gear and APU.
  • Strong understanding of commercial aircraft systems, parts traceability, teardown programs, and FAA/EASA certification standards.
  • Familiarity with Airbus and Boeing platforms, as well as surplus material evaluation and asset lifecycle planning.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex asset evaluations, and develop financial models (Proformas) to support investment decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in vendor negotiations, pricing strategies, market analysis, and margin optimization.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite; experienced with ERP/MRP and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical and financial data clearly across departments and to external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to assess complex issues and recommend effective solutions aligned with company goals.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional, team-oriented, and self-motivated with a high degree of adaptability, discretion, and initiative.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in high-pressure or sensitive situations.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
