Senior Product Manager
Location: Holmdel, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced product leader to spearhead a 0-to-1 initiative -building a brand-new application from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to become the go-to product person for a high-impact project, driving both product development and business strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch , shaping the vision and roadmap for a new tech-driven application.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and brand teams to bring the product to life.
• Own and manage workflows in Jira , ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
• Drive the business strategy behind the product, identifying market opportunities and aligning product goals with company objectives.
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Foster a personable and social team culture, bringing energy and collaboration to every stage of development.

What We're Looking For:

• ~10 years of experience in product management , with a strong track record of launching successful products from scratch.
• Strategic thinker with a business-oriented mindset and the ability to translate vision into execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where initiative and ownership are key.
• Strong technical fluency and experience managing tools like Jira .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-someone who thrives in collaborative settings.
