Product Manager with Ecommerce Ecosystems

Responsibilities:

The Product Manager will lead the end to end product lifecycle for digital commerce platforms working closely with cross functional teams to define product strategy prioritize features and deliver high impact solutions This role demands a strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems agile methodologies and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap aligned with client business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with engineering UX QA and business teams to deliver features on time and within scope
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Drive sprint planning backlog grooming and product demos in AgileScrum environments
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools iterate based on insights
  • Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams

Required Skills Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in ecommerce
  • Strong knowledge of digital commerce platforms eg HCL Commerce Adobe AEM Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Experience with AgileScrum methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience working with North American retail clients
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure AWS and API integrations
  • Exposure to analytics tools Google Analytics Adobe Analytics
