We have an exciting opportunity to join our Product team as the Product Team Assistant. This is a full-time in-office position, working out of our beautiful Showroom and Studio space overlooking Bryant Park. In this role, you will support the Product Team in their functions, which include Design, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Product Development, Production & Logistics. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, a whiz with spreadsheet and database work, and shares FV's love of color, vintage fashion, and inspiring women to wear what makes them happy.
The Product Team Assistant is responsible for supporting the Product team by managing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: managing all Retail Store TOs, managing all 3rd party production orders & shipments (i.e. gift items), resolving Celigo flow errors, managing all shipments for the team, and troubleshooting/repairing QC issues on products, & helping to organize samples in the Product team area. Additionally, the Product Team Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all supplies are stocked and helping out the product team as needed on any/all projects that are pending.
Main responsibilities
Coordinate with Inventory Planner to Manage all Retail Store TO’s in Netsuite - entering POs, tracking and confirming receipt by all locations into Netsuite to ensure inventory accuracy.
-Manage all 3rd party (i.e. gift items) production orders & shipments to the stores and to the WH - including licensing partners.
-Maintain weekly WIP reports for 3rd party orders.
-Ensure that all 3rd party vendors have proper packaging and care/content/UPC labeling information for each order
-Resolve flow transaction issues between Shopify and Netsuite in Celigo on a daily basis.
-Share areas for improvement with the retail team.
-Create inbound emails to update business units / 3PL of incoming shipments for all Production Orders company-wide.
-Aid in troubleshooting any production QC issues and/or customer inquiries.
-Coordinate repairs for QC claims from CS team.
-Package and ship all items for the Product Team on a daily basis.
-Help Design, Production & Creative keep samples organized on a daily basis.
-Work on a process to ensure that samples are not lost throughout the season.
