Job Description

Sagac Public Affairs is seeking a Production Intern to assist our production team in organizing, managing and implementing communications, marketing and fundraising projects for national corporate and trade association clients. This position requires a skilled time manager, problem solver and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Functional Description:

  • Support the production team to communicate between agency and clients on all production projects.
  • Assist in providing creative concepts and content for client education, solicitation, and engagement communications.
  • Communicate regularly with team members about client project progress.
  • Assist in planning and coordinate client calls and/or events.
  • Assist the team in facilitating and executing production schedules with internal and external production teams.
  • Assist the team to develop strategies and tactical plans to effectively market and produce results for clients.
  • Provide project and process assistance for client projects.
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy to produce consistently error-free work.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams that contribute to the production process.
  • Perform other duties related to marketing and communications production for clients and company.

  • Highly organized.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate and factual.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines for a high volume of projects without compromising work quality.
  • Flexible approach and willingness to adapt work to the needs of the clients.
  • Ability to receive constructive criticism and have work frequently edited.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements:

  • Education in marketing, journalism, or advertising or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and gain experience.
