Experimentation Program Manager

About the Role:

Agility Partners is seeking an Experimentation Program Manager to join a dynamic team focused on driving consumer sales growth through digital experimentation. In this role, you will support experimentation for large-scale digital stores, working closely with engineering, marketing, and analytics partners to design and execute impactful A/B tests, manage experiment documentation, and deliver actionable insights that shape customer experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-visibility initiatives, leveraging your expertise in experimentation and analytics to directly influence strategy in the digital commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital experiments, including roadmap development, sprint planning, and experiment design.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Review and validate analyses of completed tests, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Publish experiment readouts and insights to the central repository.
  • Run reports to support planning sessions, reviews, and status updates.
  • Collaborate with tool partners to provision accounts for Adobe Analytics, Target, ExP, and ContentSquare.
  • Support training and community activities for the experimentation program.
  • Actively engage in daily standups and cross-functional team meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in experimentation, digital analytics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits.
  • 7+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital UX and eCommerce best practices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices, sprint planning, and Kanban maintenance.
  • Proven influencing and communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive adoption of results.
  • Degree in Digital Marketing or related field preferred (not required).
