Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Assist in project management pre-job planning, timelines and budgets, project set-up.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to projects.
- Implement quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for project proposals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Solve problems that arise during the project, ensuring minimal impact on delivery.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Business
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam or other related industry software.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and risk management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset.
