Advantage Tech is searching for a solid Data Project Manager, to join their client's team in De Soto, KS.

We are now looking for a talented Data Project Manager to join our team of seasoned data professionals in Data & Analytics. This role is located in De Soto, Kansas, and it reports to the Head of Data Management in Finland.
Essential Functions
• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Transformation & Manage the development and lifecycle of data platform & reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps and release plans.
• Ensure alignment of systems and data development with business goals.
• Provide support and guidance for system implementation, such as ERP and Oracle systems.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management
• Proven ability to manage technical product development.
• Strong understanding of product management principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to identify data-related challenges and effective solutions
• Solid project management skills
• Experience in cross-cultural communication, with the ability to engage and collaborate with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds
Environment
• Hybrid work environment that mixes in-office and remote work to offer flexibility and support to employees. In-office hours are set by group Manager.
• Work hours are usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but could require after hours and weekend work to complete projects on time
• Travel as needed
