About the Role

We are currently seeking a Project Manager – Small Projects to oversee high-end residential projects with budgets ranging from $30,000 to $1 million. • Develop estimates, schedules, and scopes of work; track progress and make adjustments to maintain timeline and budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and staff
  • Procure materials, solicit subcontractor bids, and coordinate tasks with site superintendent or foreman (if assigned)
  • Manage and direct field crew and subcontractors on-site as needed
  • Create simple shop drawings or sketches to support product procurement and vendor coordination
  • Monitor budgets and provide updates to clients; draft and process change orders for approval
  • Manage billing cycles and assist with collection efforts as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, insurance certificates, and closeout documents
  • Complete regular progress reporting and participate in internal reviews with management
  • Provide occasional project support to senior project managers as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally in high-end residential
  • College degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, PlanGrid, and MS Project
  • Field construction experience is a plus
