Responsibilities:

Portfolio + Op team support:

Focused on building the foundational assets needed by the team to manage the PS&E Portfolio:

• Portfolio Metrics: build a portfolio dashboard, create metrics and tracking mechanism.
• Weekly Portfolio Health Reporting : build report and process; assist with weekly project status collection.
• Pipeline Management + Portfolio Intake: tracking new project intake, collect information from core teams.
• Continuous Planning: build report; bring metrics, health reporting and pipeline together for proactive bi-weekly continuous planning.
• Smartsheet Accuracy : ensure accuracy in Smartsheets, respond to tags, keep log of open issues and resolution.

HR Compliance Team support:

• Drive and assist keep on track the various projects and work streams owned by the HRC Team
  • Assist with planning and developing project scopes
  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Track deliverables deadlines and status
  • Update SmartSheets project tracking
  • Schedule project meetings
    • Create meeting agendas and communicate prior to meeting
    • Drive meetings when appropriate
  • Support project related comms
    • Written (Leadership, People Leaders, Workmates)
    • Website updates
  • Assist with creation of slide decks
  • Provide project updates to project team members, stakeholders, and P&P/PS&E leadership
  • Assign project resources and owners
  • Manage project budgets where applicable
  • Escalate project issues/concerns to appropriate HRC Team member(s) when needed

Qualifications:

• Project management experience
• Budget management
• Smartsheet
• Highly proficient at presentation creation (slide decks)

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $51.00/hour-$68.00/hour
