We are very pleased to announce that Ragle, Inc. is now looking for a highly motivated, hardworking Primavera P6 Scheduler who is interested in working for an established company with great advancement opportunities. Our Dallas/ Fort Worth Heavy Highway Division is seeking a focused, responsible, and driven individual who is looking for new learning experiences, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.

Job Summary:

The Primavera P6 Scheduler will assist in scheduling all needs, material, and personal at the beginning of each project. P6 Scheduler is responsible to breakdown each project into digestible sized deliverables and activities.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Create, track, and report project scope, schedule, and budget execution throughout the life of several projects simultaneously.
• Provide review and troubleshooting of progress for routine or recurring projects, measuring performance, and taking corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost.
• Review and analyze cost reports to assure that costs incurred are consistent with resource plans and progress recorded.
• Prepare timely, accurate, and effective communications.
• Ability to analyze schedules and data, documents and report trends in project and program execution.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Primavera P6 experience.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Able to manage multiple project schedules.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Education and Experience:

• Heavy Highway Construction industry experienced preferred but not mandatory
• At least have 2 years of experience with P6 Scheduling Software

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
