Property Manager

Anna Parson of Robert Half is seeking an experienced Property Manager with expertise in community governance, financial management, and property maintenance , as well as hands-on experience managing HOAs, co-ops, and condos . As the Property Manager, your will:

  • Community Governance: Skillfully manage homeowner and tenant relationships within HOA, co-op, and condo settings, ensuring strict compliance with bylaws, community rules, and local regulations. Build strong board and committee partnerships to foster collaboration and transparency.
  • Financial Management: Maintain oversight of property budgets, financial statements, and expense tracking to maximize profitability and sustainability. Handle dues collection, financial audits, and vendor contracts with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinate routine maintenance, building inspections, and capital improvement projects. Manage vendor contracts to ensure property standards are upheld within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Problem Solving: Address tenant and owner concerns with swift resolution strategies, balancing resident satisfaction with business goals. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain property value and reputation.
  • Operations Leadership: Supervise on-site staff, contractors, and day-to-day property operations to deliver a seamless experience for owners and buyers.
