Clinical Psychologist
Salary: Up to $110,000 annually (DOE) + potential sign-on bonus
Requirements to Apply
Valid Massachusetts license as Ph.D. or Psy.D.
Minimum 2 years of experience providing therapy in individual, family, or group settings
Minimum 2 years of experience delivering integrated behavioral health services in primary care
At least 1 year of clinical experience working with youth and/or elderly patients
Experience serving diverse populations
Experience with independent psychological testing

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Dorchester, MA. In this role, you will be the sole psychologist within a collaborative family practice care team, providing psychotherapy, conducting evaluations, and supporting integrated behavioral health services in primary care. You will also assist the Director with departmental functions, policy development, and program implementation. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, adaptable, and committed to serving diverse communities.
