Location: Asheboro, NC - Onsite

Employment Type: W2 only

Contract Length: 6 Months with permanent extension

The Quality Engineer will play a key role in validating and launching new parts and components, ensuring the quality of medical products, and managing quality control and assurance processes. This position involves implementing and maintaining quality management systems, developing quality assurance protocols, conducting product quality assessments, and collaborating closely with production teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Oversee validation activities for new parts and components, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct product quality assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Manage quality control and quality assurance processes.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Hands-on experience with validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Proficiency in Minitab.
• Strong background in Quality Engineering and Product Quality.
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry.
