Looking for a Friendly Face to Greet Every Guest with Care Full-Time / 2nd shift / 2:30pm-10:00pm Salary: $17.00/Hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Disability, Hospital, ID Protect, Life, Retirement, Paid Holidays, Vacation/Sick PTO, Employee Referral Program, and Employee Recognition The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to answer and transfer incoming phone lines as well as greet and direct walk-in customers in accordance with the facility mission philosophy and as directed by the Administrator. As Receptionist, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as receptionist for facility.
• Operates switchboard for incoming phone calls.
• Monitors front entrance door and front entrance door alarm.
• Sorts and distributes mail accordingly.
• Supervises part-time receptionists, responsible for scheduling, evaluating, and disciplining.
• Assists Administrative staff as needed.
• Performs other miscellaneous office duties, e.g. making copies, faxing, assembling packets and employee handbooks, typing, handling employment applications, etc.
• Insures orderly appearance of lobby on a daily basis.
• Assists visitors and volunteers in signing appropriate guest book.
• Monitors everyone who enters and leaves the building.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Completes other related duties as assigned.
