What You’ll Do As the Receptionist and Client Experience Specialist, you are the voice and presence of Genesis. Your responsibilities will include: * Welcoming all guests and clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail * Operating a multi-line phone system with discretion and efficiency * Managing and reconciling daily payments and receipts * Supporting dealership leadership and department heads with administrative tasks * Maintaining the appearance and functionality of the showroom and client lounge * Preparing refreshments and ensuring amenities are always guest-ready * Supporting documentation, filing, and dealership reporting processes * Keeping the environment calm, organized, and client-focused What We’re Looking For This is a role for someone who brings grace under pressure and a polished presence to everything they do.
