Job Description

GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

As a Recruiting Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ  for Garney Construction you will have the opportunity to support the recruiting team. You will assist with posting job ads, pre-employment paperwork, and handling the employee referral program. Being successful in this position requires being bilingual in English/Spanish, computer skills, and communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Assit all new hires in completeing new hire process.
  • Coordinate and track the employee referral program.
  • Provide support to recruiters.
