The Talent Acquisition - Recruiter is responsible for providing full-cycle recruitment filling both non-exempt and exempt level positions. The Recruiter will ensure a qualified, diverse candidate pipeline exists for jobs throughout the year and during our company Peak Seasons throughout our Final Mile and Distribution network. This position will collaborate with the HR Department and other Business Unit Leadership, as needed to fill open positions in our regional campus locations. This position will report directly to our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.
