Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives on ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced construction environment? Sole Construction Partners’ culture is unique, and we’re seeking a Safety Coordinator who tackles challenges with precision, takes ownership of critical documentation, and fosters collaboration across teams. If you’re an organized problem-solver who ensures accuracy and supports our commitment to safe job sites, we’d love to have you on our team.

Who We Are

Sole Constructions Partners is a shared services engine for a network of five construction companies. We create systems that work today and grow with tomorrow, earn trust through every interaction, and tackle challenges with persistence and professionalism. Our success comes from sharing knowledge, celebrating wins, and working as one team.

We believe strong relationships are just as important as strong numbers, so we earn trust through every interaction with our clients, partners, and teammates. Challenges don’t slow us down — we face them with focus, persistence, and professionalism, always looking for smarter, better ways forward. We share knowledge freely, celebrate wins together, and know that our success comes from working as one team.

We use a proven operating framework to set clear goals, track results, and keep our teams accountable and aligned.

Here’s the work you get to do

Safety Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure safety violation reports are completed and submitted accurately and on time.
  • Verify and maintain up-to-date OSHA 10 certifications for employees overseeing job sites.
  • Oversee the completion and submission of competent person forms for new crews, notifying site superintendents for each job site.

Safety Program Coordination

  • Coordinate and track completion and submission of toolbox talks for all relevant personnel.
  • Track and manage monthly safety audits for each job site, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

General Support

  • Support weekly safety audits conducted by Luis, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

Here’s the kind of person who will be amazing in this job:

  • You’re adaptable, learning excites you, and you embrace change and growth.
  • You thrive in team settings, supporting your teammates.
  • You tackle challenges with positivity, optimism, and people say you thrive under pressure.
  • You go the extra mile for clients and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • You solve problems before they become obstacles.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, your words inspire and clarify, fostering strong relationships.
  • You inspire others through leadership and lead by example.

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field (entry-level candidates with relevant skills encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of safety compliance or OSHA standards is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to Hybrid schedule upon completion of training milestones.
  • Schedule: M-F | 8:30a – 5:30p

What We Offer

At Sole Construction Partners, we reward great work with competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401(k) with company match. You’ll enjoy paid holidays, floating holidays, and three weeks of PTO to recharge. We’re committed to your growth in a specialized, in-demand niche, and you’ll be part of a team that values integrity, accountability, and celebrating wins together.
