We’re growing and looking for a Salesforce CPQ Consultant to join our team of experts and lead the charge in building and managing CPQ solutions for our diverse clients.

What You’ll Do

As a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions that streamline our clients’ sales processes and drive efficiency across their revenue operations. You’ll collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that provide measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consulting: Understand client requirements, business models, and sales processes to provide strategic CPQ recommendations.
  • Configuration & Customization: Lead the configuration of Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, pricing rules, bundle configurations, and quote templates.
  • Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CPQ, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize existing CPQ implementations to align with evolving client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and solution architects, to design robust solutions.
  • Training: Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure they can effectively use the CPQ tools.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and bugs within Salesforce CPQ environments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
    • Proven experience in CPQ configuration, including advanced pricing, discounting models, and approvals.
    • Prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, Flow, and related Salesforce tools.
    • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and data migration strategies.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Client-Centric: Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Admin required.
