Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a robust background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of specialized experience in these areas, with a total Salesforce development experience of at least 12 years. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative CRM solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our Salesforce initiatives.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within NYC, NY is $125K/year to $130/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura components to meet business requirements.
  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with functional teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality and stay updated with platform enhancements.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes thoroughly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of overall Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years focused on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
  • Strong expertise in Apex programming, including triggers, classes, and asynchronous operations.
  • Extensive experience building Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings.
  • Techno-functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionalities and business processes.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II are preferred.
