Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong experience in Service Cloud implementations to drive end-to-end solution design, development, and delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing configurations and customization while guiding a team of Salesforce developers/admins and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Service Cloud configurations and custom development.
  • Design and implement case management workflows, Omni-channel routing, entitlement processes, and knowledge base setup.
  • Own integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Conduct code reviews, oversee release management, and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer support, operations, and product owners.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and admins.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, roadmap planning, and technical governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience; 2+ years in a lead or architect-level role.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud including case lifecycle, service console, macros, knowledge base, Omni-channel, and live agent.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, Dell Boomi).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and sandbox management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred: Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, etc.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Experience Cloud or Field Service Lightning.
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to Service KPIs, CSAT/NPS tracking, and call center optimization.
