Location: Warrendale – Hybrid (3 Days a week onsite @ 5000 Ericsson Drive)

MUST HAVES:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, IT, or organizational/talent development roles involving technology training.
• Experience in deploying, delivering, and measuring awareness/education initiatives using LMS, webcasts, etc.
• Knowledge of information security topics and the ability to communicate those topics across the business
• Experience with global teams and adapting content for various different expertise levels
• Proficiency in using and developing dashboards in PowerBI.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent schooling in a related field (Comp Sci, IT, Information Security)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Insight Global is seeking a Security Awareness Specialist to sit onsite in Warrendale three days a week. This candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of global information security awareness and training programs, educating all personnel of information security threats faced in their jobs, and how to defend against them. This position also develops, executes and measures the effectiveness of global and targeted phishing assessment campaigns.

• Develop, manage and implement a positive information security awareness program, which focuses on changing behaviors.
• Lead the creation of awareness deliverables and learning content about complex technical issues in layman’s terms.
• Leverage various channels for effective delivery of deliverables and content to end users.
• Measure the usage of the content and its effectiveness and develop metrics.
• Incorporate information security awareness into classroom and virtual learning, including new hire orientation, new manager training, and other events.
• Establish an information security awareness network with key stakeholders throughout the organization to understand risks and business objectives.
• Own and manage relationships with information security education and awareness related vendors.
• Will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the phishing assessment program.
• Measure and report phishing campaign effectiveness.
• Measure and report attendance and effectiveness of remedial phishing training.
