Job Description

We’re working with a leading Security Systems Integrator who is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to oversee CCTV and Access Control installation projects across commercial and mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of CCTV and Access Control projects from design through to commissioning and handover
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee installation teams and ensure all work meets company and industry standards
• Maintain clear project documentation, progress reports, and financial tracking

Technical Experience

• Proven experience managing Electronic Security Projects – ideally in commercial, healthcare, or data center environments
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of:
• CCTV: Avigilon, Axis, Hanwha, Milestone, Genetec
• Access Control: LenelS2, AMAG, Brivo, Genetec, S2 NetBox
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, low voltage wiring, and system integration
• Understanding of UL, NFPA, and local electrical codes is preferred

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years in the Security or Low Voltage industry with at least 2 years in project management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
