Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SEO Analyst to join our Marketing team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing SEO for the Spark Driver website , landing page campaigns, and blog posts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical SEO, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic .
• Collaborate with the Communications team to c reate SEO landing pages and blog posts targeting specific audiences .
• Monitor and report on SEO analytics to track SEO performance and make data-driven decisions .
• Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports, including an expanded keyword list to track competitors and monitor progress .
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve SEO strategies .
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues impacting search engine rankings .
• Optimize website architecture and structure to improve crawlability and indexability .
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and SEO vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications , Computer Science, or related field , OR equivalent work experience .
• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and content optimization.
• 3+ years of e xperience in local SEO and multilingual sites, particularly in the Spanish language, is preferre d .
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficient in using SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, SEOClarity , Google Search Console , Ahrefs , SEMrush, and Moz .
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Drupal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
