An established law firm is seeking a senior-level Corporate Attorney or Partner to join its sophisticated and growing business law group. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex M&A transactions, from due diligence through closing.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, investor financing, and commercial contracts.
• Provide business-oriented solutions across a variety of corporate law matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a hands-on, personalized approach.
• Collaborate with internal practice groups on cross-functional legal issues.
• Contribute to business development efforts and long-term firm growth (Partner-level).

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in corporate law, including M&A, governance, and contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-level corporate transactions independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership required.
• Preferred: Located in California with remote-work experience.
