We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and firm standards.
  • Direct programming sessions, develop conceptual and schematic designs, and present compelling design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Select and specify interior finishes, furnishings, materials, and artwork to achieve design intent and performance requirements.
  • Oversee the production of detailed interior architectural drawings and documentation, including plans, elevations, and specifications.
  • Manage construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, conducting site visits, and preparing punch lists.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure cohesive design integration and technical accuracy.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, serving as the primary point of contact to maintain communication and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior design staff, fostering professional development and high-quality design outcomes.
  • Support marketing efforts through participation in presentations, proposal development, and client outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited program.
  • NCIDQ certification required; LEED AP credential preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design
  • Proficiency in Revit required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Strong technical and design skills with demonstrated experience across all project phases.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills with the ability to lead client meetings and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional with a commitment to design excellence and client service.
