About the Role
We are seeking an experienced senior retail designer to assist and lead customer accounts aiding in the growth of our business. A designer that is full of curiosity, passion, and creative drive that is ready to be part of a collaborative design team. The Senior Designer provides creative and technical support to customers for merchandise and display needs. As a problem solver, they contribute to both design and sales, delivering the right solutions for customer projects. The role involves collaborating with other team members, depending on the client and project scope, while focusing on growing high-profile accounts and cross-training designers. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled in customer interaction, and maintains enthusiasm and professionalism.
