JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Paid Media Strategist will work closely with other marketing professionals to build and grow a successful brand. You will primarily manage Google Ads campaigns at scale (PMAX, Demand Gen & Search) with opportunities to manage other channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. You will manage marketing funnels as well to flex your CRO skills. We're looking for experienced paid media professionals to join our marketing team at our corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona. This is a salaried position, full-time, onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage PMAX, Demand Gen and Search campaigns. These tasks include (but are not
• limited to) building, monitoring and optimizing campaigns.
• Track and report on core KPIs such as CPL, CPA & ROAS.
• Analyze performance data to identify actionable insights and trends, implementing changes that drive campaign success.
• Manage funnel pages, continuously deploy A/B tests for Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Experience with ClickFunnels is a bonus, but not required.
• Work with the videography team to film professional and high quality advertisements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with the broader marketing team, fulfillment team, and sales team.
• Work with a super talented team that genuinely cares about the campaigns they run.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of full-time experience managing high spend campaigns on Google.
• 2+ years of working with PMAX and Demand Gen.
• Experience with landing page builder software (ClickFunnels is a bonus, but not required).
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and strategically optimize paid media campaigns.
• Experience with third-party tracking software, preferably Hyros.
• Ideal candidate has experience marketing in the info/consulting space.
