Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with strategists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences. This role demands a balance of creativity, technical understanding, and leadership skills to steer projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of digital products from concept through to launch, ensuring they meet client requirements and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, engineers, and product managers, to create seamless, integrated solutions.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify design opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive design strategies that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions and gathering feedback.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
  • Teach and coach client partners while delivering high quality artifacts and leading teams to achieve project outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital design, UX/UI, and product development.
  • Assist business development efforts in analyzing and articulating client needs during the proposal process. Act as a subject matter expert on UX/UI design and strategic framework.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital product design work, including examples of projects you’ve led.
  • Expertise in UX/UI principles, graphic design, and prototyping tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team environment, with excellent project management skills.
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
