Senior Superintendent – Commercial & Federal Construction

Green Key Resources is currently partnering with two nationally recognized contractors specializing in commercial and federal construction. Both companies are actively seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join their growing teams.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Superintendent, you will take the lead in overseeing large-scale construction projects from groundbreaking to closeout. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial and/or federal projects valued at $25 million or more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison between field operations and project management teams.
• Ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in the commercial or federal construction space.
• Proven experience overseeing projects valued at $25 million or more.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
• Experience with government compliance and reporting standards (for federal projects) is a plus.
