Track Orders into their ERP (SAP) and their WMS.
Excellence in client-facing interaction with Sales, Customers and Retailers
Will be 80% in GSO office, 20% Burlington Distribution Center
Needs: Excel skills, MS Office, work with a WMS or finished good ERP system
Experience within a Distribution Center

DETAILS

Oversees the entire order fulfillment process, from when an order is placed to when it's delivered, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include monitoring order status, managing inventory, coordinating with warehouse staff and shipping partners, resolving issues, and utilizing order management systems (OMS) to optimize operations and provide real-time visibility into the order lifecycle.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identifying and resolving issues such as late deliveries, incorrect items, or out-of-stock situations.
Exceptional Customer Service skills needed to provide updates to customers on their order status and addressing any concerns or inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Data Accuracy: Maintaining accuracy in order details, customer information, and shipping addresses.

Hours are 7:00AM to 3:00PM, M-F

Location: HQ in central Greensboro and Distribution Center in Burlington NC
