Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

• Serve with a Smile: Greet guests with enthusiasm and ensure they have a fantastic dining experience.
• Order Up!Take and deliver orders accurately, keeping the fun flowing and the drinks coming!
• Keep It Clean: Maintain an immaculate dining area—after all, a clean space is a happy space.
• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with your fellow servers and kitchen staff to create a seamless experience for our guests.
• Engage and Entertain: Share your excitement about our menu and pickleball activities and encourage guests to join in on the fun!

What You Bring:

• A passion for food and service (pickleball experience is a plus, but not required!).
• Great communication skills and a knack for making people feel welcome.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping your cool (and your smile).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and the occasional pickleball tournament.

Qualifications

- POS experience, including Aloha POS and Micros POS

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication

- Food handling and safety knowledge

- Previous restaurant experience

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Upselling and sales experience is a plus
