JOB TITLE: SharePoint Developer

LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ

Role Summary:

The SharePoint Developer is responsible for configuring and customizing SharePoint Online systems according to organizations specifications. This position will develop scalable online web applications, write, and modify code, build, and modify forms, reports, and workflows. Developer will help to improve business processes, workflows, and user experience to accomplish company strategic goals, efficiencies, and procedures; discover & define needs, requirements & specifications; assist with data integration, support, maintenance, version control, testing, and upgrades; provide support and governance to the SharePoint site and related Azure, SQL, and PowerApps infrastructure; maintain and update, intranet, and corporate websites; customize the site to enhance and secure the organizations business, and help to document, test, and implement solutions, processes and support training users and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, forms, reports, lists, and workflows.
  • Support SQL, PowerApps, Azure, and O365 integrations (cloud/on-prem).
  • Maintain and update intranet and corporate websites.
  • Analyze and improve business systems and user efficiency.
  • Manage APIs, middleware, ETLs, and data integration.
  • Troubleshoot software and data issues; document processes and changes.
  • Train users and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams while supporting company values and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years with SharePoint Online, Azure, O365, SQL; SharePoint on-prem is a plus.
  • Skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power BI/Apps, HTML/CSS, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with middleware, SaaS, AWS, ERP systems, and construction industry tools preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft certifications, networking, and cloud infrastructure experience are beneficial.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
