Job Title: Onsite Supervisor - Temporary

Location: Cowpens, SC

Salary: $20-$22.00 per hour

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the field talent at the customer locations. Ensures strong performance from the workforce and builds and maintains a strong relationship with customers’ onsite management. 2nd Shift Site Supervisor-Temporary; Sunday through Wednesday, 6pm to 2am; some weekends based on Client needs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site workforce to deliver a strong performance for the client.
• Ensure necessary recruitment strategies so that headcount needs are met for all shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all company and client’s standards including safety and all manufacturing practices.
• Process unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation for onsite workforce.
• Work with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and performance.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, onsite staffing preferred but open to customer service or administrative skills.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited direction
• Sense of urgency to meet high volume recruitment needs
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and high level of integrity
