Job Description

Are you a reliable and detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic team? Our client in Haverhill, MA, is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to support their growing operations!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Starting Pay: $21/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping & Receiving - Prepare, package, and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Order Accuracy - Verify order details, labels, and barcodes for precision.
  • Team Collaboration - Work with colleagues to enhance processes and ensure workplace safety.
  • Productivity & Efficiency - Optimize workflows for speed and accuracy.
  • Paperwork Management - Maintain shipping and inventory records.
  • Cross-Department Coordination - Work with customer service, purchasing, and accounting to resolve issues.
  • Problem Solving & Logistics - Address shipping challenges and coordinate package deliveries.
  • Inventory Management - Track incoming goods and maintain accurate records.
  • Returns & Quality Control - Handle product returns and inspect shipments for quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software (UPS/FedEx online)
  • Physically capable of standing, crouching, and lifting items as needed
