We are hiring for Small Cell RF Engineer, Remote

RF Engineer Supporting Regional Small Cell Team

Performing the following scope:

• NCIF (Node Configuration Information File) creation support
• Proposal design reviews- necessitate financial acumen and scope of fiber work
• In Building DOT (radio) deployment lead - includes COP review and RSRP Coverage analysis
• Market/ Vendor Design intakes and inquiries and coverage analysis - great communication skills adept at communicating with our customer (market RF)
• RFDS creation

This individual should have the following credentials and/or experience:

• Previous experience deploying small cells either as CM or PM
• Experience with Extenet or Crown fiber or small cells teams/orgs
• Technical knowledge or RF propagation and basic design principles
• Atoll experience
• Previous TMO experience is a plus - MB experience
• Previous placement in the role involved the following skillset requirements as well:
• Atoll expertise
• Must have very strong Design engineering with small cell
• Deep knowledge of predictions and propagations, site configuration, RFDS
• Must be able to Design a small cell end to end—engineer a site including the cabling, equipment, etc more of a solutions engineer
• Experience with NCIF (NCIF-Node Configuration Information Form)
