Express Employment Professionals is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level SMT Operator Trainees to join our growing team. This is an incredible opportunity to kickstart your career in the exciting world of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and advanced manufacturing.

Hours: 6:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday. (4x10 hours) Friday overtime as needed.

Pay: $18.00 to $23.00/hr. depending on experience and skills.

What You'll Do (Training Provided!):

• Learn to operate state-of-the-art SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and screen printers.
• Gain hands-on experience in assembling high-quality electronic products.
• Inspect PCBs for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Work in a clean, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for technology and electronics.
• Some experience or coursework in robotics, IT, computer building, electronics repair, or a related field is a huge plus! Tell us about your projects!

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
