Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on a variety of structured finance transactions, including asset-backed securities (ABS) and securitizations
• Support warehouse financings and asset-based lending deals from start to close
• Draft and negotiate legal documents for structured finance and securitization transactions
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes relevant to financial transactions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on cross-functional deal teams
• Assist in client negotiations and due diligence
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication

Qualifications:
• 4–6 years of structured finance or securitization experience in a law firm setting
• Strong background in asset-backed securities, warehouse financing, and asset-based lending
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and work under deadline pressure
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
