Responsibilities:

  • Face-to-Face Customer Interaction : Engage directly with customers in retail stores, shopping centres, trade shows and location events providing a personalized experience to showcase telecommunications products and services.
  • Product Knowledge & Presentation : Learn and confidently communicate the features and benefits of various service plans, helping customers choose options that suit their needs and lifestyle.
  • Customer Sign-Ups : Guide customers through the sign-up process, ensuring accuracy and a smooth, professional experience from introduction to close.
  • Daily Sales Targets : Work toward achievable daily and weekly performance goals with the support of your team lead and peers.
  • Team Collaboration : Participate in daily meetings, share feedback and results, and support fellow team members to achieve group targets.
  • Learning & Development : Take part in structured training sessions focused on building communication skills, sales techniques, and leadership potential.
  • Brand Representation : Uphold the client’s brand values by maintaining a professional, approachable image and providing excellent service at all times.
  • Problem-Solving On the Spot : Address customer objections and resolve issues in real-time using training and guidance from your manager.
  • Territory Setup & Reporting : Help with preparing your assigned area each day, recording customer insights, and reporting performance outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people
  • Positive, professional attitude and coachable mindset
  • Driven, goal-oriented personality—comfortable working toward targets
  • Full-time summer availability (Monday to Friday, with some weekend flexibility)
  • No previous experience required—just energy, ambition, and willingness to learn
