Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Supply & Inventory Planner to manage end-to-end (E2E) inventory planning for North America, with a focus on supporting the Canada supply chain optimization project. This role ensures marketplace demand aligns with supply, drives efficient purchasing, and safeguards inventory health. The planner will collaborate with cross-functional partners to proactively resolve risks and ensure timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Inventory Planning: Oversee weekly/bi-weekly purchasing of finished goods, supporting Consumer x Field of Play (FoP) strategies.
• Supply Health Management: Create purchase orders, adjust supply parameters, and optimize delivery timing vs. revenue opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Consumer x FoP, DSM, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Brand, and Global Supply & Manufacturing teams.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify risks, and provide inventory insights to stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve supply chain challenges, escalating where needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, refine planning tools, and enhance inventory practices.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain experience
• End-to-end retail product planning and large SKU management
• ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
• Proven ability to simplify complex data and communicate effectively

Nice to Have:

• Retail marketplace or end-customer management background
• Experience with Cognos or similar planning tools
• Awareness of timing-critical product delivery in retail environments
• High-level communication and collaboration skills
