Job Description

Job Title: Logistics Services Representative 1

Location: Seattle, WA 98134

Duration: 6 months Assignment

Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, PST hours

Summary:

  • Leads project teams and sub teams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements.
  • Manages projects in accordance with established program management methodologies.
  • Ensures that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results.
  • Manages and monitors project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed.

5 Shifts:

  • 1 folks, M-F: 7:30-4:00
  • 2 folks, 7:00 -3:30
  • To be in office
  • 1 person Friday- Tues, 5:30-2pm
  • 1 person Thurs- Monday 5:30-2pm
  • Please note which shift they are open to on resume.

Technology & Educational Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ERP Systems (or WMS systems).
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Required Background:

  • Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across systems and documentation.
  • Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to support shipment scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and update systems with shipment and order status to ensure visibility and compliance.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
  • Identify and escalate service disruptions or order discrepancies to senior team members for resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
  • Keep current on all portfolio products and related updates, including offerings, shipping procedures, and promotions, to ensure accurate and informed customer support.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance to ensure consistent service and team reliability.

  • Prior client exp is helpful (including store roles).
  • Inventory management.
