North American Supply Chain Director

Are you a strategic and execution-focused supply chain leader ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a North American Supply Chain Director to lead planning, inventory, and delivery performance across our U.S. and Mexico operations.

In this role, you’ll drive On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance, optimize inventory to improve cash flow and efficiency, and lead a high-performing team spanning multiple sites. You’ll be a critical link between Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics, with direct ownership over Planning and Scheduling functions.

What You’ll Do

OTIF Delivery Excellence

• Achieve targeted OTIF metrics and implement corrective actions to eliminate root causes
• Establish clear tracking and reporting systems to drive accountability and visibility
• Align with Sales and Customer Service to ensure delivery commitments are met

Inventory Control & Optimization

• Lead inventory strategy to balance service levels, cash flow, and turnover
• Apply best practices and data-driven tools (such as Power BI) to improve forecast accuracy and replenishment

Customer-Facing Supply Chain Leadership

• Serve as the primary supply chain liaison for strategic customers
• Provide proactive communication and solutions around fulfillment, lead times, and service

Operational Cost Management

• Track and analyze supply chain costs, particularly in purchasing and logistics
• Partner with internal teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics teams across the U.S. and Mexico
• Build a collaborative, performance-driven culture with clear expectations and goals

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, ideally within manufacturing
• Proficiency in ERP systems and analytics tools such as Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including to Mexico and customer sites
