Supply Chain Manager

Location: Lawrence, KS (On-site)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

About the Role:

My client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory, and logistics operations at their growing manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies focused on efficiency and cost savings
• Oversee sourcing, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
• Manage logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through forecasting and planning
• Monitor KPIs and use data to identify and resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain with company objectives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred (or 6+ years of relevant experience)
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP systems experience a plus
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
