Job Description

Our client, a global streaming and broadcast media leader, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Mobile Developers, and Engineering Managers. This is a high-impact position that requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and craft effective job descriptions
  • Deliver a top-tier candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism at every stage
  • Use advanced headhunting strategies and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and engage top talent
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and optimize hiring performance
  • Work closely with leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with broader business goals and workforce planning
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company culture and opportunities in a compelling and authentic way

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Passionate about creating a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and anticipate talent requirements proactively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS)
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or start-up environments
  • Familiarity with employer branding, DEI hiring initiatives, or recruitment marketing
