Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) or Provisionally Licensed Clinician who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care. This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration but can also work independently and manage their own caseload with professionalism and initiative.

Who We Serve

• Adults seeking support for trauma, depression, suicidal thoughts, and other challenges
• Expanding into services for couples, children, teens, and families

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy (depending on specialty)
• Manage caseload independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Participate in supervision/consultation (provided for provisionally licensed clinicians)
• Collaborate with team members and referral sources to ensure quality client care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active Wyoming state license OR provisional license (supervision provided)
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain professional boundaries
• Experience or strong interest in trauma-informed care, depression, or family work
• Organized, compassionate, and committed to evidence-based practice
• Comfortable with (or willing to learn) telehealth and EHR systems
