The role will be focused on research, acquisition, pricing and sale of tickets for sports, concert and theatre events. You will utilize our proprietary platform to help manage the book of business you will ultimately build. This is an in-person position at our Miami, FL (Wynwood) office.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-demand events, emerging trends, and profitable ticket-buying opportunities.
  • Analyze historical sales data and current market conditions to predict demand fluctuations and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
  • Source and secure tickets from multiple platforms, including online marketplaces, secondary ticketing services, and direct vendor negotiations, both through digital channels and direct communication (phone, email, etc.).
  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to capitalize on market demand, ensuring optimal ticket sales while considering competition and external factors.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to adjust pricing in real-time and implement pricing models that maximize profit margins and volume sales.
  • Monitor ticket inventory to track sales performance, identify top-performing events, and pinpoint underperforming inventory.
  • Analyze ticket sales trends to anticipate future demand, identify potential opportunities for rebuys, and adjust purchasing strategy to mitigate losses.
  • Identify and propose improvements to existing buying processes and systems, optimizing workflow efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
  • Offer actionable feedback on inventory management, buying operations, and strategic initiatives to drive operational effectiveness and profitability.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a professional role.
  • Analytical & Strategic: Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven buying decisions to optimize sales and inventory.
  • Organized & Efficient: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive & Curious: Self-starter with a growth mindset, always seeking new opportunities to learn and improve.

  • Location & Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute to our Miami, FL office (this is an in-person role).
