Title Clerk Assistant
Location Plano, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $18/hour
• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• W2 | Full-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the title department with daily clerical duties including data entry, scanning, and filing
• Track and verify documentation for vehicle titles, registrations, and related forms
• Communicate with internal departments and external agencies to follow up on title status
• Maintain organized records in compliance with state regulations
• Learn and assist with processing vehicle titles and ownership transfers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 1 year of recent clerical or office support experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic familiarity with title processing preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
• Document scanners and standard office equipment
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in an automotive dealership setting
• Exposure to Texas DMV title and registration procedures
