Operations Specialist (Level III)
Work Location: Pennington NJ 08534
Duration: 12 Months
Training will be onsite 5 days/week
Regular schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days WFH)

• The Funds Trade Support Ops. Analyst will be responsible for handling trade corrections, manual trade exceptions and other financial transactions in support of Mutual Fund Trading, including offshore funds. The incumbent will collaborate with various internal and external business partners, including Fund Families, Portfolio Managers, Trading desks, and Transfer Agents.
• The ideal candidate should be well organized, have an ability to handle multiple functions under tight deadlines, and have strong communication skills. MS Office knowledge is required.

• Knowledge of investment products
• Proficiency in MS Office products including advanced Excel skills
